Claim forms simplified for group accident and sickness
ATC has recently conducted a comprehensive review of its group accident and sickness claim forms to further simplify the claims process for claimants.

As a result, a new Accidental Dental Injury claim form has been developed which significantly reduces the paperwork for this type of insurance benefit.

Plus, a range of changes have been made to the Accident and Sickness claim form to make the process clearer, gather better information and help fast-track the claims process.

ATC Claims Manager, Travers Loy, said: "We understand the importance of accessible, streamlined claims services. That's why we continuously evaluate our processes looking for ways to improve the claims experience.

"We're confident the updated forms will make our claims process simpler, clearer and even faster for claimants."
